Things you can do to make a support call go faster:
- Have the product make, model and serial number handy to give to us. We are required by all the manufacturers we represent to record this information.
- Have the site address available as well, in case we are needed to join you in the field.
- Make sure that you have the product manual and proper tools on the site with you.
- This is extremely important. For example, if you are having a GAS supply issue and do not have a manometer on site, there is little we can do to assist.
- If you have a camera on your phone, take pictures from multiple angles and email them to support@marplat.com.
- If we can see what you are looking at, we have a better chance to help you that much quicker.
Remember, the more information you can provide us, the more we can help, so take notes of what you experience.
